I ordered my favorite muscles and they were awful! Absolutely disgusting. Most of them were still close and even the ones that were open were under cooked. I asked the waitress if she could take them off my tab because they were not eatable. Instead of asking her manager she sent a different staff member to take care of us. I paid for everything and I will never be going back. Very disappointed. Jax was my favorite place until last night.
This is the third time visiting Jax. As usual it was very good. Our server was very attentive and made great suggestions for me have my husband to try. My favorite was the clam chowder had such good flavor. Husband had the catfish and it was so light, flaky and crunchy. Overall a great experience.
Our server was great, but the food here is not near as good as the Jax in Boulder. And everything was so pricey, with no happy hour apps at all. $48 for a small piece of Mahi-Mahi- ridiculous!
Lovely people, great food! Loved the fish dishes, the pear and fennel salad and the corn bread. We will be back.
