I have visited this place a few years ago very often. the owner is West African so I am. I thought we should support each other, why not? Well, I didn't talk to anyone who is profi, they are rude, argumentatiw and don't care. all customer feedbacks are met with attacks and arogance. When I spoke to the owner and told him that he must have mindfulness and pay attention to customer service, he told me that he does not care about losing a customer beacuse that has many. that afflicts me because what he doesn't see is the bigger picture, and the word of mouth is one of the best advertising and its free! well, I'm not mad at all, only very confused. I hope that this will change and that his mental changes will change, but with his arogance I doubt it.
