I have visited this place a few years ago very often. the owner is West African so I am. I thought we should support each other, why not? Well, I didn't talk to anyone who is profi, they are rude, argumentatiw and don't care. all customer feedbacks are met with attacks and arogance. When I spoke to the owner and told him that he must have mindfulness and pay attention to customer service, he told me that he does not care about losing a customer beacuse that has many. that afflicts me because what he doesn't see is the bigger picture, and the word of mouth is one of the best advertising and its free! well, I'm not mad at all, only very confused. I hope that this will change and that his mental changes will change, but with his arogance I doubt it.
I love this place. I had the Cassava...Kartato-Green .egg-Pflanze .okra the list goes on my only output is eating Tooo-spicy and I loved this place because the taste always at the point, but in the last time someone heavy on the seasoned. we get oil on the side for spicy, so please, to get it back down just alittle. it is difficult to enjoy taste when its too spicy and it limits people from the recovery of this great experience of taste. tomorrow?
Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time. Ordered fufu soup.. went to pick up the food and they informed that the wait would be about 10 mins .. afterwards they informed me another 10 mins … Long story short waited for about 30 mins.. ended up leave without food because waiter told me to wait another 10… there’s no system whatsoever … bad business
although eating is ok, they will experience the worst customer service in life. low personal and bad service from the owner. expect at least one hour to wait, even after the call on the phone and the order.
