Jeni's Ice Creams

Very good ice cream with clear milk-free options. The milk free options do not seem much so happy to change I one of the ones they offer, Texas Sheet Cake. When you order a bowl of ice, they usually contain a piece of waffle cone that is not vegan, and I don't think it on the menu anywhere they contain it. Most of the time when they order milk free ice, they ask if I put waffle cone or not and reveal that it has milk in it, but occasionally they do not ask, so you may need to remind them to ask them to leave it.

Really friendly staff! They were making homemade waffle cones and the place smelled amazing! Cute location.I sampled the lavender and another flavor that didn't leave an impression.I ended up not getting any, I wasn't that hungry and none of the flavors called to me. Of the 2 I tried they were okayish. My kiddo wasn't a fan of the ones he sampled either.Maybe another time.

Great ice cream. However, I hate being asked to tip the employees for them scooping ice cream. This makes me wonder if Jenis doesn’t pay well enough, or if tip culture has gotten so out of control that employees here feel they deserve extra for just doing their job. There isn’t any special service here, just scooping ice cream and that’s it….

The last time we were in town, we came to this ice cream facility, and at that time they had about half a dozen flavors of vegan ice cream. This time they only had two. Luckily they were both delicious. A stop at Jenny is definitely a treat. You're a little expensive, but so good!

TBH I have a cocoa and coffee sensitivity (just I know), but these are the only options they had so that I will suffer because it is worth it. Texas Leafcake kills me, but I still love it.
