Jeux Barjo Libourne

Sunday, 10 July 2022: After a stop in the Jardin Maurice Robin, our steps allow us to discover the “Games de Barjo” in the heart of the bastide of Fonneuve Street, a café-bar that houses a shop specializing in the games of society where everyone can play many games around a drink and a small gourmet snack, salted or sweet. Romain welcomes us with serenity with a smile. We then enter a playful enclave out of time. The pleasantly heteroclite decoration takes place in the temporal annals to offer a unique experience to the one that enters into this cave of Ali baba from the games of society and other entertainments surfing in the creative human eras. A black tea and tea based on the shell and infuse thyme at the rhythm of two wooden sabliers whose sand traces the flow of seconds differently in three small fibers of glass. The pleasantly air-conditioned air, the murmur of silence, the fierce voices of the players, the shadows in motion under the glass, the fantasy teapots, the timeless stone and the wooden floor, promote the dream, tranquility and ardour in this hot day. An absolutely awesome store in the middle of Libourne, which is full of small peatlands without making the impasse on genre classics. The bar/salle area is super well designed and very user-friendly. And the team is upstairs, very friendly welcome, we feel almost like home (we told you, you will see us every Sunday night of the beginning:

Super discovery in Libourne, a nice little shop, with the staff who knows how to advise and who is present! At the reopening of the bars, I booked a table to play while consuming! Great, the atmosphere is great, games are offered and we have a great evening! Bemol, a little expensive for boards to share that eat in a few bites

A play bar not to be missed! By going regularly to the Bordeaux region, I always take advantage of it to go buy a game or spend a moment in this bar. Very friendly, funny and good tips either to start in the world of the game of society or for an expert audience! The bar often organizes activities/tours! Thank you!
