What a disappointment terrible service and greasy food! I have no idea how this place got 4.5 stars. First it took forever to get our drinks and our food. The bar tender was chit chatting with some folks at the bar while our server was prioritizing people sitting outside VS inside. The manager apologized at the end that the food took a while because they were busy the restaurant was half full. I?ve worked in the restaurant industry for 4 yrs and could tell that the kitchen and servers are not trained at all. First if you have a table with children, you need to make sure the kids get the food first and not last, especially if you hear a child complaining he/she is very hungry. Second, don?t let the alcoholic drinks to stay at the bar and have the bar tender help out with serving them especially if the server is so called busy. I?ve asked for the status of our drinks at least twice. The food was very greasy I ordered greek combination plate and all I tasted was butter and olive oil. Don?t waste your time and money at this place. Definitely overpriced for the food and a non existent service!

The food was out of flavors. It was my first time there and I won't go back for the food again. I will rank the food 4 or 5 out of 10. The beer? was awesome. I forgot its name but it had added shot. Rank: 10 out of 10 to the drink. The owner was super nice, polite and friendly. These 3 stars mainly belong to her excellent customer service, however the employees were not welcoming at all. I prefer not mentioning our bad experience with the employees attitude in detail.

My family and I went to John's and saw quite the difference in atmosphere, not to mention the changes the inside. We didn't realize a live bad was playing at the front, so we sat at the far back as we could, but even though the band was playing good music, we couldn't hear each other. In the end, the food was mediocre at best as well as my wife's...we have been going to John's for almost 20 years, not sure if we will be back.

First place here , I enjoyed the grilled cheese with bacon and Greek lemon soup . Very tasty and the waitress was very attentive. Parking was good you have plenty of option on the street . They have a nice size bar as well. Seating inside and outside . Plenty of it .

Went on Labor Day.. plenty of space with indoor and outdoor seating.. good food.. really liked the hot chocolate and pancakes!
