We stopped at Bordeaux for a quick bite and wine shopping while touring around France. Marked this place before coming to Bordeaux but didn't expect much. When we walked in the assistant was more than happy to receive us and didn't mind speaking in English. He had loads of knowledge about his wines and made a lot of recommendations. We left so happy with a box full of wine to bring back home. City overall gave us such a huge impression that we still won't stop talking about it 2 months later and we will definitely come back to Bordeaux and to this wine shop.

We discovered it while walking around. The place offer a great variety of very good quality wines. We had the chance to try few of them. Also, we ordered a cheese selection that we loved. However, what we enjoyed maybe most was the friendly service...and the personalized attention. The owner or manager sat with us and explained the different wines. The next day we went back for more. Highly recommended!

Loved it here. Read about it in a tourist guide called Bordeaux wine trip. We struggled to find it initially. What a find. Great wines to try at good prices. We sat outside on the pavement in the sunshine. Great cold meat and cheese and...I had a marvellous mackerel pate. We went out of our way to return a little later in our short break. Nice view of Basilique St Michel too

the location of the terasse in front of the church is magnificent, from the space between the tables, appreciable. charming and professional welcome, good advice for wine. I mean, the truffle sausage, a slaughter. Aren't we all right?

this small southwest bistro welcomed us in a charming setting with a nice little snack card, and a beautiful wine collection. The bosses are very pleasant and accommodating.
