Dined here last night, firstly the place was spotless, the staff were friendly, efficient, highly professional, very organised, the table was beautiful with spotlessly clean cutlery, glasses and flowers, the food was to a very very high standard, served and presented extremely well , quality meats, beautiful Asian spices with flavours I’ve never experienced before, the sauce I had with my curry was full of flavour and the chillies which were served separately were fresh and hot. Our drinks were served in lovely glasses with ice lemon and stirrers, I honestly can not fault one single thing, I’ve eaten in the best restaurants in London Paris New York and this was far my best dining experience ever. If I could give ten stars I would. If you are in Southport trust me this is the place to eat.

I would recommend this restaurant for anyone who appreciates the fine dining room Indian cuisine without the pretentious price tag. absolutely delicious authentic Indian food in a beautiful clean chic environment. service was brilliant and the employees really time to ensure that they get the perfect meal without preservatives in the food. the food did not float in oil, so after our meal we did not like a heavy one. everything was so fresh that we had to go back a second time. they need to check this unique place!
I just collected some cornwall purchases. really delicious food and a really great front of the house team. starter tasty. the mains had very good quality meat both huh and lamb (super-tender.) individual sauces that all taste differently, not as at home, where they eat the same soat on everything that is not oily! restaurant itself looks beautiful. will be sure that we will eat here the next visit to the family and covid has made one. thanks for not recommending it.
Just an absolutely fantastic restaurant! The food is excellent, the staff are attentive, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great and is our go to place, wether it’s the two of us or with friends and family. I 100% recommend Kalash!
