I’ve been to Kaspas many times and never had a problem, but I hadn’t been in over a year and today me and a group of friends decided to go. To start with as we arrived the place was basically empty only a couple sitting at the table as we walked in the staff just looked at us didn’t even acknowledge customers were waiting, then once a member of staff could be bothered a guy came and took us to the table. I went up to order and I asked for a waffle with Bueno all went fine I paid then sat back down with my friends, we then waited around half an hour for our desserts, once it came out the lady gave me a plate with cookie dough with bueno, I then said to her I’m sorry but I ordered a waffle not this I have a receipt, she then walked off came back 10 mins later and said the man who served you will come and deal with you. Not once a I’m so sorry I will go and find out what’s happening! By this point my group of friends were eating there desserts so I was so annoyed. The guy came over to me and said to me I got it wrong I made a mistake did you want the waffles now I said no I want a refund. So I got the refund but it just ruined our trip and the fact that the staff have no people skills, and really bad customer service is shocking! Maybe in future they should repeat back people’s orders to stop this happening and also maybe go on a course on how to be nice to customers and make them feel welcome because all the staff at kaspas are rude! Will I be returning... absolutely not! Employe friendly staff who know how to speak to people! Now I know why it’s so empty every time I drive past..... GET NEW STAFF!!!!
