Ketch 55 Seafood Grill

I was here 7 years ago when it was called Mac Daddys, had the best meal I ever had: Shrimps and Grips. Quickly before this trip we could not find the place, but with luck we came to Ketch 55 and it is the place! The shrimps and grits were even more delicious than I remember! The staff was also very friendly for a wonderful culinary experience. Next time we come to Avon from Pennsylvania, I'll make this a DEFINITE stop!

Lets go to 'the Ketch ' is the best answer to that oft-asked question of what to do for dinner on Hatteras Island. Great menu, well-prepared, nicely presented. And now new is the morning breakfast version known as Stu 's which has tasty southern food a northerner would love. If you love it 'Southern Style ' you have it here morning and night!

My husband and I ate at Ketch 55 during your stay in Buxton. We both had a delicious cake dinner with red pepper roasted potatoes. The atmosphere was quietly elevated as the food presentation. We could not have gotten better service and recommended. Smaller and less touristy than many others. If I had lived here, that would be my place!

A great experience. The atmosphere was covered, the service was great, and the food was fresh and well prepared. We had seven people in our party and each razed about the meal and the service they were given. We're definitely going back. Not only for dinner, but just hang out with drinks. Great place.

I have been coming to Haterras for over twenty years and your seafood Lasagne is undoubtedly the best dish I ever had on the island.
