Worse tasting fried chicken I have ever tasted. I ordered Crispy but it's not even a little Crispy. Then the cashier looked like she is drunk or on something. I start to order and she started laughing, then she move away come back and ask which sides. When I say mashed potatoes she started laughing again, move away come back and then continue with the ordering. It happen like 5 times and another co worker was behind there laughing together with her. What kind of place is this. No structure, no work ethics.
The temperature here in NYC today is 98 degrees and this place doesn't have air conditioning. It's inhumane. This came in and I felt sorry for those employees. The city should do something.
Their drive through is horrible, we went there 2x and even when they confirm what you order they still get it wrong. The mac&cheese are to salty.
