Kfc - Tisch reservieren

I went to this location after ordering online. I get there and they say they didn't have my order, then they couldn't fulfill my order. Finally they put my order together all wrong and promise me 2 free meals for my inconvenience. So when I go to redeem my meals they say we don't do that. Service poor, workers dont care to provide what's on the menu. What's the purpose. They should close this place down fir poor service.

DON?T EAT AT THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE SERVING THEIR CUSTOMERS FOOD THEY WONT FEED TO THEIR ANIMALS. I WISH BEFORE VISITING THIS LOCATION I WOULD OF SEEN THE REVIEWS HORRIBLE. NEVER IN MY 38 YEARS EVER HAD TERRIBLE FOOD AT KFC. THIS LOCATION NEED TO CLOSE THE MANAGER NEED TO BE ASHAMED. YOU NEED TO ASK YOURSELF THE NEXT TIME YOU SERVE FOOD TO SOMEONE WILL EAT THAT AND IF ITS NO DON?T SERVE IT.

Good news first, the food was great. The cashier was polite, however she was wearing a political mask that is inappropriate for a business. The ice machine was broken and I was not told, I had to ask the drive thru cashier to give me ice. The service was slow in the Dinning area. Although the food was good we will not return for various reasons.

If you go the drive thru, they say you're okay. What is the point of a drive thru! I went next to McDonalds. Management better make a little quick!
