It was a Friday night and pour like a mansoon, I ordered online for a 5:45 h pickup. I went on the ride thru to pick up my order because I had a year old and 4 years old in the car and did not want it out of the car in bad weather. I was told to move to the front of the shop I did. Maybe 5 minutes later, a gentleman came out that they had to do Mac and cheese and it took about 13 minutes. I agreed to wait because my kids really wanted Mac and cheese. I apologized automatically and the guy said not to apologize for it's your food. So I waited the time for them to make it, and then I looked at what I did in the car and the female employees stood at the front door. She came out to give me my food, even though I could say she was worried about the weather. Thank you for helping a parent. It is not always easy to get all children out of the car, and I guess both employees come on their own to talk to us and then came out to deliver the food to our car. Definitely went beyond and beyond. Thanks again!
two stars because it was edible. paid by the drive-thru and the window. then I was told to go to the door to wait for my very basic order. that seems to be something for everyone. not very efficient when they ask me. then my cripple has slept in it without salate, and the very nice heart that brought it out seemed as exasperated as u would if I had a very inefficient drive thru to work, and here I wondered why a kfc tacobell was dead in the middle of the afternoon.
chris is in amazing workers and whatever he is paid, it is not enough. he has limitless energy and our journey was worth it because he was. I hope he knows he did our night!
