Kfc - Tisch reservieren

I 've never been yelled at in a restaurant. Until now. Immediately after entering the cashier yelled at me, You have a mobile order! I was speechless looked at the other customers in line in bewilderment, and she repeated the yell. I turned around thinking she was already engaged at yelling at someone else, and she yelled a third time. It wasn 't noisy inside. There was no reason to scream. A polite hello or welcome to KFC would have sufficed. But yelling is what management allows here. I asked if I need to order off my phone and she screamed, No, its drive thru only!!! (There was an outdated looking sign on the door, but I figured it was old because there were no renovations going on, and there a dozen people inside). I heard her yelling before I entered. Someone was ordering and she screamed at them, We haven 't served grilled chicken in over 3 years! And we 're short staffed! Unbelievable. We didn 't order. I just quietly left with my tail between my legs. Such a shame for a place to be managed in this manner. The cashier should be terminated immediately.

Needs new manager, I went there today at 11:30 a.m. and was my first time in Titusville. Wow !!! this place is awful. Driving up to this place the area is riddled with trash which is the first sign of poor management. We had an 8 piece family dinner and no drinks. The biscuits were hard as a rock and had to be 1-2 days old. The chicken was soggy and possibly microwaved to heat up. The fries had to be at least 2 hours old and stale. The beans were ok but, had an aftertaste resembling a preservative. The Mac n cheese was the on,y thing that was decent. This place is terrible and never going back here again. This place needs HELP.

They were hit hard by the tourists who came for the start on the working day weekend, so I tried the Chicken Mac Bowl suggestion, but it wasn't quite my Forte but the man who treated my order was as friendly and helpful as he could additionally be very apologetic regarding how few options they were available, but honestly, his great attitude is what gave me my review because the food that I tried this time was just delicious!!!

Had the best experience through the drive thru!!! Very friendly very helpful, but especially the lady was just nice!! Thanks for a good experience it has been since I had a good one!!!

They made a fresh batch of original recipe chicken, so we have delicious fresh chicken to eat delicious. And the more north we go, the more beautiful is the staff
