Kuhn Bacherei Cafe

Dieses Restaurant hat vor kurzem eröffnet und ich beschloss, dorthin zu gehen, weil ich zur Post musste und dieser neue Ort nur wenige Meter entfernt ist. Ich muss zugeben, dass ich die Preise nicht überprüft habe, bevor ich bestellt habe. Ich bestellte einen Kaffee, einen Burger und einen Erdbeerkuchen. Zu meinem Entsetzen bekam ich die Rechnung und sie war wirklich übertrieben, selbst für Zürich. Der Burger für 10 CHF war ok, nichts Besonderes außer dem Preis. 4,40 CHF für einen Kaffee am Stadtrand von Zürich, normalerweise erwartet man 4 CHF wie in den anderen beiden Cafés in der Gegend, und schließlich noch 3,90 CHF für einen Erdbeerkuchen. Insgesamt 18,30 CHF. Ich gehe nicht wieder dorthin. Es würde mich nicht überraschen, wenn es mehr als ein paar Monate dauert. Die Lage garantiert nicht diese Preise und ich kann ein paar Straßen weiter in die Garage gehen und einen Kaffee für 3,50 CHF und einen Burger für 6 CHF bekommen. Der Service war okay, nichts Besonderes. Ich bin heute wieder daran vorbeigegangen, als ich zur Post musste, aber ich werde nicht bald anhalten.

This has recently opened and I decided to go there as I had to go to the post office and this new place is a few meters away.I must admit that I did not look at the prices before I ordered. I ordered a coffee, a burger and a strawberry cake.To my horror I received the bill and it was really over the top even for Zurich. The burger at 10 CHF was just about, no great shakes except the price, 4.40 CHF for a coffee on the outskirts of Zurich, unheard of, normally expect to pay 4 CHF as is the case in the other two cafe in the area and finally to add insult to injury 3.90 CHF for a "strawberry" cake.Grand total of 18.30 CHF. Well I will not be going there again. I would not be surprised if it lasts more than a few months. The location does not warrant these prices and I can go a few hunder meters down the road to the garage and get a coffee for 3.50 CHF and a burger for 6 CHF.The service was just about, nothing special. I passed it again today as I had to go to the post but I will not be stopping there anytime soon.

Vom Züricher Hauptbahnhof (S24) bis nach Leimbach oder mit Bus #70 ab Morgental bis zur Frymannstrasse direkt zum Café. Kuhn bietet eine außergewöhnliche Auswahl an Brot, Gebäck, Kuchen, Snacks, Schokolade, heißen/kalten Getränken und vielem mehr. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil dieses Ortes... ist seine umfangreiche und geräumige Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Bürgersteig und der herrliche Blick auf die Berge im Hintergrund. Das Personal ist normalerweise freundlich, alle COVID-19 Verfahren sind umgesetzt und die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft, abseits des Stadtzentrums.

This coffee has opened for a few months. the prices are in the average city of zurigo but the card has intrigued me. I ordered a summer salad: lollo, cherry tomatoes, hot strawberries, roasted seeds and hot chicken strips. the dish looks well decorated, and the chicken was more than abundant. it would also be enough to order a small portion. the staff is very kind and the warm environment, furnished in the style of Toggenburg. The interior as the terrace, are very spacious.
