Breakfast excellent. view too. Less outstanding: value for money in the evening restaurant nothing special at exorbitant prices (2 glasses of wine, a little bread, soup, fish for two people 185 CHF)... Wellness area: beautiful garden, beautiful view... Mold on the pool tiles, artificial flowers the pool wall, missing mosaic tiles... and the sauna area was also quite worn and the floor in the sauna was dirty (under the wood)... Not much going on in terms of decoration a bit loveless. Rooms: clean, mold in the shower, shower head broken, bad light like candlelight... you can hardly see anything... welcome drink on the first day was pretty pathetic... we didn't expect anything, what happened next, but it did more harm than good: A watery tea in a mini glass ... then please don't do anything at all, like something pathetic, if you want to go high priced and noble ... prices at the snack bar at the pool are exorbitant ... nothing special in there the performance ... even a rotten green salad for 13 CHF, a piece of lasagne 36 CH, the staff was ok so far. The lake view room was very nice. The balcony was large and had a table and deck chairs. Defects in the hotel room there is a minibar which has nothing in it, no nuts, drinks etc. Another small defect was the body lotion which was already open from the previous person (the small packaging) Almost everyone at reception was friendly. The staff at the restaurant wasn't that friendly. The employee who shared the tables was stressed and we felt that. Also a shortcoming of the restaurant is the value for money. It's overpriced and doesn't have much of a selection. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and was delicious. Let's get to the spa The ambience was fantastic. However, the complaint is that there were pebbles everywhere on the floor. In the spa area, which was a nude area, 2/3 were wearing swimwear. Wunderschöne Aussicht, toller Pool und grosses Wellness Angebot. Wir konnten richtig ausruhen hier, hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel samt Zimmer sind sehr sauber Das einzige bei dem wir enttäuscht waren war die Massage, hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Man konnte nicht wirklich entspannen. Das Hotel liegt oberhalb vom Lago di Lugano und man sieht auf Lugano und Agno. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen grossen SPA-Bereich sowie einen Aussenpool mitsamt Poolbar. Die Küche ist hervorragend.
