Always a good time in this restaurant with its modern and cozy decor. The original concept of a unique skewer menu does not seem to limit the chef's creativity as he always takes care to highlight noble and French seasonal products that he cooks according to Japanese principles. Each skewer is a perfect combination of flavors and textures. The sake menu has been completely renewed and offers bottles with less classic aromas than the sake generally distributed in France. But the selection is always uncompromising: all the sake is excellent, well suited to French palates and goes well with the chef's cuisine. There is also the desire to present a selection of wines in the same spirit: good productions with fairly rounded tastes at reasonable prices and which will pair well with the chef's cuisine without overwhelming the flavor of a truffle or nori seaweed. But frankly it would be a shame not to try what I consider to be the best selection of sake in Paris to accompany a meal. The sake is served in small quantities which allows you to try several during the meal, the waiters always providing good advice.
