La Belle Mariniere

We dined here for lunch as part of a smallish American tour group. If you're looking for a representative French restaurant, this is it. The place was very nicely decorated, and impeccably clean. Because none of the tour spoke passable French, the owner wisely restricted...the menu to or items. If I remember correctly, there was a choice of two wines, or entrees, and desserts. All of it was wonderful. The staff was attentive, the food was excellent, and the host was gracious. The restaurant is located on one of the main streets in Grandcamp-Maisy, so one is not there for the few. But the service and food were both excellent, and the price was reasonable. Avery nice place to dine.

I had not been there in several years but remembered the tart Tatin, same welcoming owner, same type of food: fresh fish and the always delicious dessert. They donot have a view over the port but what count is what you have in your plate.

A very nice restaurant with real french food. A bit old fashioned interior but with good quality food for a good price. Delicious

Great Covid friendly service sat on terrace overlooking the harbour. course meal for euros. What's not to like?

Very nice restaurant. With nice people who works on the place. We got oysters and a fish menu , very good!!
