La Boca - Tisch reservieren

It is difficult to eat badly in uzès. We took four more meals this week. The others were good, but lunch at the boca will remain in the memories. It is not good food, it is a small street coffee, with some tables also inside, but the food was very good and clearly prepared by an imaginative and capable chef. It's a small menu. I had an excellent smoky salmon on a bed of a tidy salad of rosy leeks and yellow zucchini sprinkled with pink grapefruit. It was absolutely delicious. the lambballs on beet potato purée have very well pleased my friends. the well cooked exotic fruit crumble to follow was also excellent. The service was very friendly. lunch for four with a bottle of wine at 100 € was well spent money. a leader who's going to make progress. Well done.

Our first time was to celebrate our 50th birthday. then we were sitting inside (we didn't even know about the patio) by a very effective young woman who understood that we were not speaking French and that her English was limited but we would try. My wife ordered a calf dish and I got the fish. My wife shared her calf and snails and the young woman noticed that my fish was barely eaten. . . the boca and both got the calf. We were sitting in the patio and I can say that it was the most wonderful experience of the trip. Maybe in all our trips. Yes, the meal was excellent and the superb service but this patio (or courtyard) was the highest point. the boca is a must if you find yourself in the beautiful village of Uzès.

boca is one of the best restaurants in Uzès. a delicious cuisine that perfectly balances creativity and familiarity. the menu changes every day, usually with only two choices each for entry, main dish and dessert. it's easy for couples - just order one of everything so you can discover all the flavors. It is a small operation, just the chief, a waitress, a handful of tables in the courtyard and 2 or 3 tables inside. for this reason, and because of its reputation, I strongly suggest to make reservations. the first two times we tried to enter, we were repressed and we were in town during the low season. but go. It's one of the restaurants I would call it uncontournable in uzès.

It's a fabulous place to be found. rustic and scenic environment with seating inside and outside. a small menu, French accents with a new age touch and tapas. our table shared our plates by experimenting 90% of the menu and enjoyed all tastes. fabulous.

a small bistro serving fresh dishes. not the most comfortable but first class food. Good fish. wine of the house (red) also good.
