la Boveyre - Tisch reservieren

The boss is so sweet. We called it to know if the restaurant was still open while the kitchen was closing right now and she still offered to come. Upon arrival, very good reception, very nice, good presentation of the restaurant whose specialty is meat. prices are very reasonable compared to the rest of the Swiss: 24.- for a rumsteak plate on the grill with homemade fries, with in addition a small salad in entry. medium but sufficient portion for a small meal. There is another possibility of a meat dish that allows to be served several times. meat was very tender and seasoned. I highly recommend this restaurant if you like meat and friendliness (!or possibly fondues I didn't have the opportunity to taste. but why not next time)

We were staying at the Grand Bains hotel which offered a buffet for >£45 so we looked further afield. We chose a set menu for ease of ordering, chef spoke no English but the waitress started her shift after about 20 mins and spoke a little. We had mushroom pate and steak on a hot slate with chips, best food we've had all holiday. It was around 88CHF. The only let down was the flies

this magnificent atypical place of Valais with mountain views offers the famous wine fondue with a herb- flavored meat of the great Saint Bernard! a relaxing and romantic setting with a personal all the more charming. I strongly recommend this unique address for a beautiful summer evening!

very good restaurant, very friendly and generous boss. deserves the detour! Copious pass and fresh and local products. We'll go back.
