The restaurant was recommended by our hostel owner for home cooking. The first evening it was full. The second time when we went there, there was a last table for us 3. Most tables are big groups and they were very loud. Once sitted, the service was fast and friendly. We were given menu with choices of starters, main dish and dessert. Wine and water were included in a small price of €16. The food came fast and did not disappoint. We were delighted to have a fast and good dinner after one whole day of long hike. Food quality was no less than other more expensive restaurants in the village. Prices were half of the others. Highly recommended.
This restaurant is only open for dinner and you must book first as it is impossible to get a table otherwise. The interesting thing about La Brecha is that it looks like a vulgar bar the first time you get in not fancy or fashionable at all. Food is unpretentious and homey cooked to perfection with the best of ingredients. That´s the secret of its success. That and an excellent service. So good the food is that I had dinners three nights in a row starters are great, with a great variety of healthy and tasty salads and main courses are mostly meat ones, all of them excellent.
La Brecha was also a recommended restaurant by the innkeeper. The small dining area is located above the bar, which has more space but doesn't serve full meals. We were fortunate in that we arrived early as the restaurant quickly filled to capacity and many parties were turned away. Perhaps they weren't expecting such a large crowd, as service was slow. Fortunately, the food was very good. My enjoyed cod, while I had spicy sausage and veggies. My suggestion would be to arrive early.
We sat at the restaurant for dinner. Nautira is nice. The food is delicious and in a fair price. We enjoyed.
