On a cold wet Sunday, we went inside and in very bad Spanish, asked for a table for two. Most of the tables were booked with reserved signs, which quickly got filled, or were already occupied. The hosts were very generous and quickly found us a table in a quiet area, but a comfortable zone for us to enjoy the food. The prawns are a must, being a local speciality. We had them cooked with garlic, amid they were delicious. We also had grilled calamari and grilled sardines. Both also delicious. Our hosts were ever attentive and helpful. We enjoyed a rather lovely Marin Codax Albariño, and chose to share a paella parellada for two, which was large and quite overwhelming. In all a very good experience. The restaurant seemed well patronized by locals speaking Catalan as well as others, I believe, soeaking some Spanish. We enjoyed our meal here, even if we felt, and possibly in naivety that we had enjoyed better paella. The prawns and calamari were excellent, as was the wine. At 82 euros for two we felt this was a good value for money restaurant. Credit cards accepted.
