La Central - Tisch reservieren

I have been in and around ponferrada in many restaurants for years and this is my first tripadvisor review because this restaurant is something to rave. eating, cooking and service are excellent. eating is very tasty. the sweet and...the bags in a creamy, silky sauce were especially mouthwater. the empanada was also the best thing I had eaten in all Spanish! the steak was cooked to perfection, like the roast lamb, with the meat falling from the bone. also the sautéed kartoffeln were delicious. the deserts were also delicious. my family and friends really enjoyed our meal, and we will come back. the cook is interested in ensuring that customers enjoy the food and make excellent recommendations. we love to eat and the restaurant. thank you!

sitio muy bonito, con personalidad, ubicación algo difícil( no está fácil llegar si no lo conoces). Atención del personal muy buena( tal vez un poco encima del cliente. Cena en familia,carta corta ,buen producto y elaboración ,muy rico todo,aunque escasas las cantidades.No es barato,al contrario viendo las cantidades. Pongo agridulce experiencia porque tienen algún detalle que no me parece correcto..por ejemplo el reponer pan a cada comensal en cuanto ven que se te ha acabado ,y resulta que es porque a la hora de cobrar ,te cobran cada trozo( si lo cobras así,al menos avisarlo,xke no me parece correcto).

La verdad es que no esperaba un restaurante con elaboraciones tan diferentes a lo habitual en n esta zona. La oferta está de platos con un toque personal y que cambian dependiendo de la época y productos de temporada. De lo que probamos destacaría las croquetas, la ensalada de sardina y, sobre todo, el rape con yema y limón y comentario a parte los postres, sobresaliendo la teja y la manzana asada. Buena carta de vinos. Sala 8 Servicio 8 Cocina 9 Precio 8
