What a desappointment ! A Valentine's Day menu on the brasserie side, overpriced for the quality offered. Appetizers without much flavor, some vegetables clearly undercooked, response from the kitchen, the cook is Italian, he eats them al dente... maybe but some vegetables are clearly not suitable for it! Veal advertised with a truffle sauce, I am still looking for the taste of truffle which is nevertheless powerful without necessarily having a lot of it, a ginger sorbet almost inedible because it was so spicy and yet I love ginger. We're not going to say that it was bad, but given the price, we expect a slightly more refined cuisine with an impeccable balance of flavors, we're really far from it. A very friendly service, because everything is not negative, on the other hand when my husband pays in cash, we ask him if it is okay like that, implying that we were going to leave the change (more than €20) as a tip , I admit that this shocked me deeply.
