The restaurant is tucked away in a residential area of Motril ..... but well worth searching for. The seafood selection was fantastic (clams, including razor clams, red mullet, hake) and the tastes were divine. Add to this the really friendly and helpful service from Ruben and his staff and you could not improve on this place ... sorry, you could, he should open more of this style of restaurant including a few in the UK. Oh, and a great selection of wines too. This place really deserves to do well. If you are ever passing near, or not so near to Motril, you have to make a detour to eat here. It is such a great restaurant.
Local fish and seafood restaurant with very good reviews.Not a fancy interior.No menu waiter one of them speaks English will enthusiastically tell u what they have.All fresh ingrediences.I prefer menu bcs I can read details.I know it 's catch of the day place but some items must be avail frequently enough.How to get there.Its very simple U are at Motril bus terminal and it 's only abt 250 m away.If u don 't have GPS u stand with ur back towards ticket office and also restaurant And go.U see it after 200 m.
Motril is an amazing city from tapas point of view. From my experience the best in Spain. You are going to find a lot of places here where along with a beer they are putting you a tapa that is like a dish. Coming back to this restaurant I will recommend it for sea food and fish. If you like them this is your place. Fresh fish and sea food cooked with style Polite waiters and we had spent a very nice evening. Totally recommended
The restaurant is well tucked away but sat nav found it. We were very disappointed considering the other reviews were so glowing. Pil Pil de gambas not very spicy or garlicky, pota negra very ordinary. Both over priced. Cheapest red wine at 19 euros is plain daft. Service not very attentive.
