our experience is based on two dinners made on 16/7 and 4/8/2017. Although he has written several times to the attention of tripadvisor, he lacks a rating category that is between medium and "very good". That's the case for that opinion. Let's just say, the arrival of this new leader has redistributed the cards! a young team at the service (thomas, valentine, arthur, chloe and céline), supervised by a "old briscard" (sebastien) that asks only to improve (the young team.) many wines with glasses (fortunately served) that reveal themselves excellent and make good marriages with dishes quite different from each other. excellent kadaif of foie gras, tasteful dishes and good textures be it the lobster with blackcurrant and fennel, the matted beef "blonde galice" or the fine pie with lacquered calfskin, well presented and very good. very good note for the well-proven refined cheese tray and can compete with many starred restaurants, "framboise/geranium" desserts (we love or not.), apricot /reine of the pres and cream iced with bitter almond! few but well executed mouths. the frame is simply very beautiful and if you want to be taquined by smokers, don't hesitate, the beautiful terrace stretches your arms. We have spent two times, therefore, excellent moments, and if the brigade (the second has as many qualities as the leader) continues so, there is a strong bet that we will certainly talk about them in the well-known guides. the path for a bib or star (again a little work.) is open. table to be recommended without moderation.
