still a great dinner in this restaurant held by a young couple installed just before the beginning of the pandemic and which, despite all, has managed to spend these difficult months. We are always warmly greeted by caroline that provides service with discretion and efficiency. In the kitchen, Etienne puts all her talent as a young chef forward to offer you tasty and refined dishes that make the most of the local products and especially the sea. perfect cooking, just seasonings, modern and elegant dressages. a cozy place that became our obligatory passage during our stays in st malo. it is prudent to book to enjoy this gastronomic experience. we wish again to caroline and etienne corson to go far and to wear their fork to the right.
Voilà un restaurant qui a décidé de ne pas être une grosse machine, en se concentrant sur sa petite pièce, son petit nombre de couverts, et surtout sur ses très jolies et excellentes assiettes. Le menu entrée/plat/dessert est parfait de saveurs et d'inventivité. Cette cuisine frise la cuisine gastronomique sans sa grandiloquence ! C'était parfait !
A lovely fresh and seasonal meal in a great restaurant. Make sure to book as only a small restaurant (8 tables). We had the €35 dinner menu which is great value and delicious food! The a la carte menu also has lovely choices. You won’t regret going. Clientele seemed to be a mix of locals and tourists. A gem.
