We have just spent a superb evening, a Norman estaminet as we like them, very clean and very pleasant service and above all a cuisine with succulent dishes from starter to dessert, home-smoked salmon, salmon egg casserole, shank grilled, the cute gavotine and a glass of Suisse Normande ice cream, all these dishes are to be had, a delight. The chef keeps his kitchen very organized and very clean, he is not afraid to show it off in full swing, congratulations. I am a professional and speak with knowledge of the facts. Keep it up. We had dinner one weekday evening in early September. The weather was nice, dinner on this very cute terrace was really very pleasant. We were very well received. We love homemade fries!
