The hotel's staff and team leaders are of rare professionalism. They show exceptional attention to hotel guests. However, we are a family used to stay in luxury 5-star hotels but this quality of service and attention to all floors is rare. It's this kind of team that makes us come back to a hotel. I allow myself to thank in particular some people (I apologize in advance for those I forget). First of all, Director Emilie, who, by his sense of relationship and his great professionalism, has been able to inspire all his teams the sense of exceptional service. I would also like to thank his deputy Marina who is very effective. The concierge with IIijana in particular who has a very responsive and professional response to each of our requests, she even anticipates some of our needs and I do not forget her colleagues. Jordan, the catering manager who is always listening to our needs and is perfectly able to meet our expectations. He was also able to form an effective team that can take care of clients very well. The ski shop with Robin in particular who was able to prove a great tenacity so that my wife can find the suit that suits him. The members of the ski shop are also always listening to our ski needs/sensations and adapt the equipment during our stay according to our feeling. I also thank the spa team that is always very pleasant, the reception always very available for the guests and this during the entire stay, the always very smiling and efficient bagagists, the kids club in a impeccable and very well managed condition, the services of rooms always perfect without forgetting the man of the shadow, Thibault, who immediately responds and solves our daily worries!

Excellent hotel! Excellent service, very rare to have such a perfect service! Souris, professionalism, goodness, everything is there for the most beautiful attentions: Easter eggs in the room, an egg hunt, a breakfast to take for a start very early, the shuttle always ready with a smile.
