a good restaurant where you can stop your eyes closed. Before all you have to think about booking at least 48 hours before especially if you want to eat on the outdoor terrace. The dishes are always hearty: the cheese brochette pie is a must-have dish. we tried this year the 4 cheese pancake served with raw salting: excellent!!! as well as the vegetable plate filled with different cheeses; the peat plate and its cheeses: everything is good!Also in aperitif, we have taken fruit juices made in the valley: organic fruit juices ( raspberry, argousier ...) that is very good because the dairy makes the enterprises of the valley work. so in summary, you can stop there and you will leave the belly full.
a little disappointed with the cheese really very strong, too strong. we may be in a restaurant / cheese shop, the gastronomy has its rules and a raclette must be served with a raclette cheese, fruity with pleasure, but there it is ecoeurant and three disappointed guests.agreed service nice, pleasant setting but a pity for this raclette, the last was much better.sinon ravished with fondue and ptits stuffed a delight.
