The dishes are good and hearty, but the whole thing lacks finesse. There is no surprise or discovery. the amuse-bouche do not have interest, gougère with heavy cheese and melon/pasteque gaspacho without flavor. a wine choice advice would not have been a refusal either.At this price level we expect something else. We're closer to the good brewery than the gastronomic.
restaurant or we are greeted with a smile with a very pleasant staff. We were there for a family meal. all the dishes served were very good. dishes are served in a very professional way. and the staff took what. a less star because my delicious meat was slightly too cooked.
we are rather disappointed with our last 2 meals in this restaurant: too salty entries, a little too fat and badly presented. However, the frame remains very pleasant and the servers pleasant.
