Unfortunately disappointed by our visit. The mussels of the sea casserole were not cooked enough, the white butter of the sea sauerkraut turned into melted butter. On the other hand, the service is impeccable and I take my hat off to the staff who go back and forth between the kitchen on the ground floor and the room upstairs
