I love this bakery!! My favorite bakery when I come to the dar, raw materials of quality, perfect welcome!! A small weakness for the Petrissane I recommend without hesitation. Again bravo and thank you to the Charming Baker De La Redorte!!!
It's the best bakery in the minervois. their pastries, their cakes and their breads are great! They're worth a rope like bladder and others. I haven't found any better bread since they opened.
