La Part Des Anges

We had lunch here on a Monday. It’s a cute little restaurant with covered terrace seating in front and a few more tables inside. The terrace area is small so tables are set up quite close together. The restaurant was already busy when we arrived shortly after 12 noon. Despite being busy, service was fast and very friendly. Our pizza was tasty but the crust was more cracker-like than the dough you typically find in a pizza. The goat cheese salad was delicious. There are only limited choices on the menu for vegetarians like us. Prices are normal. There is a free village parking lot not far away. We liked our meal here, but be informed that the pizza dough is not what you would expect with an Italian-style pizza.

10th November 2016. Snowing back in England. We were out on a cycle ride here in Vaucluse and stopped off at Beaumes for lunch. As it was full inside and such a nice day we sat outside in the sun. The 18 Euro menu had a wide range of choice. I had snails to start, magret de canard for main. and Ile Flottantes. All absolutely excellent and washed down with a bottle of the local wine at 8.50 Euors. Great value for money for this region and will most definitely go again.

After a days touring the area we needed some good food and wine without the fuss of a fancy restaurant. This family run place was excellent and took us without a reservation on a Friday Night. Food was good and the local wine selection was great.

A family-run restaurant in the heart of Beaumes-de-Vemise offerfynd locally inspired dishes as well as pizza. There was a friendly atmosphere and mainly local guests at our visit.

Lovely bistro, very welcoming. Come early, as people get turned away . It's very popular with the locals
