la petite maison

It's always by chance or almost that we find good addresses. This one is part of it.We were in a family meeting at a grimaud (not a grimaud port) and an evening when we were alone we looked for a place to restore us. Let's say that in the evening after 8:00, in November, it's a bit of a galery to find either an open restaurant or an establishment that still accepts to serve. and it's in this "little house" that we've arrived. the smiling, friendly welcome we enjoyed and reassured we were going to be able to dine. This address is worth being known. rare are our small traditional restaurants that offer good fresh cuisine. We were not numerous, but we were placed on a table with a small candle, cloth table and towels and the waitress took her time to serve us despite the hour and the reduced number of customers. Everything was perfect service, quality, aperitif, dessert and even at such a delicate time of addition...The boss came to the room to ask us our opinion; as everything was very well we could only thank him and congratulate him. this "small house" is worth the detour, the cart in front of the restaurant already invites you to the trip !!!!

the restaurant is authentic to its name and is located in a small house. an interior room, very cozy with Venetian stucco on the walls and fireplace and an outdoor veranda welcome the guests. Food of excellent quality and recommend the menu of the day. on the occasion I got a beef carpaccio, salmon fillet cooked to perfection with vegetable contour and for dessert a plate of mixed cheeses. all accompanied by a great rosè wine of the region. A great restaurant that offers at reasonable prices of fine dishes related to the territory.

Too bad that the smile of the boss fails, a shame that you are served 2 bottles at 50 euros without announcing the price, without having to taste, damage because the kitchen is correct or even pleasant. at this price we expected a service from another level. The young waitress, she's nice.

The place could have seduced. but the welcome reveche of the boss, a little stiff, ruined the atmosphere. not really recommendable for family with small children. damage

Good value dinner (26e) from a chef who obviously loves their metier. Generous portions beautifully cooked.
