arrived late at the bets, our first night there, looking for a place to dine (11h) and the marsh stone was still serving food, so we entered. waited by a very impatient and impolite server. When I asked for raw onion to accompany a cold salmon dish, he didn't understand what I was asking, what happens and would have been good, except that he answered and shouted at me, "What do you want, what do you want?! Tell me what you want? Onion soup? What?!", then pushed with irritation various condiments, etc. on our table. food was at best poor and experience was a disappointment for our first betting meal. fortunately, this experience was followed by many wonderful culinary experiences the following days, but I would avoid this restaurant unless you have other options.
Just korner from the square of the temple. I only heard French at the restaurant. I think we might be the only tourists there. Although it was a typical French brewery, when a member of our group asked for a vegan meal, the waitress did not dock twice and suggested a large vegetable plate. When they arrived, they were so wonderfully cooked and attractive that the rest of the party was jealous that they had not ordered the same thing, even if we were all very satisfied with our orders. the price was very reasonable for all dishes, the large plate of vegetables was only 8 euros. Moreover, the bathrooms were impeccable, which is unfortunately not always the case to be bet. If you are in the 3rd arrondissement, don't miss this place.
this place was friendly but not very atmospheric, with view on a very busy road. the food was good overall - the onion soup was good, the rumsteck was excellent, the tatin pie was pretty nice - but for about 50 € for a person (with wine and coffee) it was pretty expensive for what it was. I ate here because it was near my hotel and it was too cold to stroll long - and it was good for that - but I ate better at the other end of the street archives in places with a little more buzz about them
