What a lovely little restaurant. So typically French with traditional, rustic decor and a lovely lady in charge who was most accommodating and helpful. The food was really good. It consisted of chunks of meat cooked over fire on a contraption like a hang man's scaffold on which it is also served.The meat, the sauces and the accompanying vegetable (white beans in a garlicky sauce in my case) were delicious. I had chunks of beef, duck and veal kidneys.Desserts were to die for. I ordered almond-infused creme brulée, which was superb, but when I saw my friends chocolate mousse with shavings of local Pays de Loire caramel I was jealous. We had shots of caramel-infused vodka to complete the meal, which were unusual and tasty. Strong too.

Had dinner there while on vacation. Very unusual presentation with meat hanging over your plate on a heated cylinder with metal skewers? Hard to explain but the presentation was unusual but the results were absolutely delicious. We both had a dish with multiple kinds of meat over scalloped potatoes. May have been the best meal over my two week vacation. Can't recommend enough!

I tried the Menu Set for the day. I had Rump Steak and Nem Chocolat et Banane. Both of them were very nice, the Nem especially. We had breads as appetizer as usual, but with the salted butter, which is a specialty of Guerande. Very nice.The service was fast and the waitress was very friendly.

An adresse better suited to those who enjoy a good meat dish. The restaurant staff a very kind and offer a meal of solid quality presentes in an original fashion!

Really enjoyed this restaurant. Meal was great fun and very tasty. The owner is really friendly and it was also good value. Well worth checking out.
