Disappointed. We pay the flavour of the menu with our stay at the hotel campsite. Unfortunately, with a reservation at 8:30 p.m., no order was made until 9:15 p.m. on the first night and, afternoon, on the second night, our order was only taken at 9:05 p.m. Apologies invoked by staff (which is undoubtedly for nothing): The chef is alone in the kitchen tonight. So we can't take your orders and you have to wait. We therefore sit wisely, without further explanation. A lot of misunderstanding and waiting for our holiday dinners. One question: What is your way of managing human resources to find you to a person in the kitchen for a restaurant with 25 tables, on two nights near 15 August?
