This bar was highly recommended for craft beer and I stopped in to taste what the Spanish microbreweries have been up to. Four beers in just as I was about to ask for the check a bartender mentioned to me that I was entitled to a free tapas with each beer, something her colleague had conveniently forgotten to mention to me. I asked her for a salchichon pate, which was divine. There was a good selection of beers here and the atmosphere was convivial. Two stars deducted because I feel that the first bartender who served me tried to pull a fast one on me. Go, by all means, but make sure you get your tapas!
We stumbled upon this place and so glad we did as we went back the second night. If you like craft beer, this is the place for you, a great selection of bottled beers and a few on draught too. The free tapas selection when you buy a drink is really nice, there are not many things in Spain that when they say picante they are, but I can say for sure that the chicken wings are super picante! Nice vibe, chilled out music,friendly barman. Be warned though, as with all craft beers they are quite strong I picked a bottle that I thought was 3.2 AbV and I'd misread it as it turned out to be 8.2! Oopsy!
La Favorita has the best craft beer in Cordoba on tap and a big selection of bottled and canned beers too from local brewers, national and international as well. Excellent complimentary tapas with each beer that accompany the brews perfectly. They also have local and intercontinental dishes if the tapas aren't enough and everything is home made and served fresh. If you're looking for excellent beer, great music and unique tapas, La Favorita is the place to go.
Inventive complimentary tapas served along GREAT beer! Choose your tapas from the small bottle of beer on your table all great tasting stuff! Beer is gorgeous! Tiny bar but definitely recommended!
