The prices are much too high for the quality of the dishes served, that is, "it's homemade." a piece of butcher at 16€ partly immangeable because many nerves (it's normal, it's a piece with nerve!) and absence of a suitable knife, a slice of foie gras served melting (damage because very tasteful). The desserts are rather good but also a temperature problem for chocolate mousse (damage because the presence of Espelette's chili peppers was very successful in terms of balance) and the whipped...not made home. The wine was excellent but the price of the glass is hallucinating. Cherry on the cake: error in the addition (9 € too much paid but refund).Although note the commercial gesture of the boss who offered us a digestive to apologize. So, yes, it is new owners who embark on a new adventure and who are open to criticism to improve, and yes, it may be necessary to be indulgent, but it is also necessary to be at the height of the rates that we want to practice in terms of service and restoration at the risk of quickly disappearing, and today they are very far away.
