La Terrasse - Tisch reservieren

In the centre of town, just opposite Bank Credit Agricole and across the road from Vire's largest (no fee) public car park. While this may not be amongst the ranks of the gastronomic more top-end restaurants, it is reasonably comfortable and provides good value straightforward meals.Service was quick and efficient and the friendly and helpful owner speaks excellent English. The menu while not extensive was good for the size of restaurant and included a couple of daily 'specials'. One in our party had a salad which was very attractively presented and as with French standards was freshly prepared. The other meals were tasty and satisfying.All this at what we felt was a reasonable price.

Stayed at the Hote St Pierre ( see review ) and were in need of sustenance so walked around the town and spotted the most welcoming restaurant. We were not disappointed as the owner speaks excellent English and was really helpful. The choice and the food was excellent so much so we returned on our second night for more of the same!!I can recommend La Terrasse unreservedly for food and service and would detour to visit again

Another little gem a few hundred metres from the town centre. Lunch was excellent and not too expensive even at the top of the menu. All homemade desserts, Made us most at home (with our small dog too - as it was quiet). English spoken if this helps you.

extremely friendly service and quality ingredients .. going there again next week , when our son and daughter in law come to visit .cant wait .

From the service to the food, this place satisfies We were here on a private tour of Normandy and stopped in for lunch.
