Je suis une habituée du restaurant La Tonnelle à Mios et je m'autorise un "droit de réponse" : Jm R ; retournez bientôt à La Tonnelle. Il est vrai que le chef a préparé récemment une mousse au chocolat au lait, alors qu'habituellement il la prépare au chocolat noir. On est tous d'accord, on préfère celle au chocolat noir et il en tient compte et va nous proposer à nouveau sa délicieuse mousse au chocolat noir !!Lolosun 33 : Je crois que j'étais au restaurant en même temps que vous Monsieur, j'ai félicité le chef pour ses frites qui avaient un croustillant extérieur, un moelleux intérieur et un parfum à tomber ! Je les ai tellement aimées que je lui ai demandé d'où elles venaient, il a répondu qu'elles étaient pré-cuites et je pense que c'est là que vous l'avez entendu.Notez que les frites pré-cuites sont un produit frais. Contrairement à toutes les autres tables du secteur, la Tonnelle ne sert PAS de produits surgelés !Revenez-y vite sans à priori pour profiter pleinement de la qualité des plats qui vous sont servis.
