good quality dishes with correct amounts. The letter is not extensive but does not need it. All the incomings we've taken, croquettes, pump, potatoes with egg and ham were perfect. a special review for the cook who came out to explain to me that I had to cut the singlemillo into several pieces to ensure that it was tempered and’a that we asked for the very little made meat. At nightbuena we decided for the catering of the troupe all very good. the cod, the canals, the coca plant, the lamb. all spectacular.
