L'aigle Blanc - Tisch reservieren

I will not judge this time of the kitchen (almost very correct normally) because we stopped at the White Eagle in the afternoon after a long family hike. We had not seen the (small) panel closed on the side, and the terrace and chairs tables were completely accessible, so we sat down, exhausted. After understanding that the place seemed closed, we nevertheless stayed for a few moments to recover, and the boss came to fire us (there are no other words) in a rather aggressive way! It was obviously on leave...For a place on the road and at the crossroads of several hiking routes, all in the middle of the high season, and while all the restaurateurs of the station weep to have customers, I found this welcome for the least singular. In short, it was a regular RV for family lunch during the holidays, summer and winter, we will no longer put our feet there!

What a frame! A warm atmosphere in a small chalet with a beautiful view, and what a welcome! The staff is charming and the divine dishes! Great experience for my first real raclette!
