Lakeshore Restaurant

The Lakeshore has been around for many years. Back in the day it was THE place to go for fine dining. Unfortunately ... something has changed. The restaurant took a full-page ad out in the local newspaper (telling people that the still exist I suppose). So after years of not eating there we took my mother-in-law out for lunch. Let me sum this up for you: (1). They brought my mom-in-law the wrong lunch (and asked if she would eat that instead!!), (2). my spouse's clam chowder was cold, (3). Some of my fries were cooked while others were cold in the middle. The "chicken" in my sandwich was ... "something else" ... imitation chicken?? ... rubber?? (4). my mother-in-laws salad was almost fresh (5). the service was non-existent. On numerous occasions I had to flag down a waiter to ask for water and other items that should have been standard service. Ask me if I'll ever go back to the Lakeshore or if I would recommend it.

I was recently invited to a birthday party at the lakeshore. The environment is outdated and worn. The restaurant has been in existence for decades without any meaningful change.I ordered ribs which were so overdone that they were crisp completely through, more like "petrified". I am sure the owners and staff mean well but Regina has an abundance of new restaurant entrepreneurs that outdo this restaurant by a country mile.

It was a pleasant evening on Saturday at the lakeshore restaurant. We arrived without reservation and they were able to accommodate us.Our waitress Sandy made our evening! Food was very delicious and the service the best I had in a long timeWe had an awesome evening I will definitely recommend it to anyoneThank you Sandy and the entire crew

Absolutely everything from the reservations to the service to the food was simply excellent. Our group of 6 ordered Prime Rib, Filet, Soup, and Shrimp and it was all great! Thanks Lakeshore....we will not wait so long to come back!

Food is always excellent. May want to update the salads but steak is best I've had. Atmosphere is tacky but who cares, I'm there to eat not get decorative ideas :)
