This hotel was a big disappointment. Everything looks great, but when it comes to service this is a total disaster. The most unpleasant moment was at the restaurant. We have made a reservation of the table in the restaurant upon our arrival at the reception. But we came down for the dinner, the manager of the restaurant informed us that there is no free table for us, probably because the reception did not pass the reservation to the restaurant. And we had to face the situation when you have no booked table at 20 pm on Tuesday (day off for the majority of the restaurants). And funny thing is that they had lots of free tables, but the kitchen was overloaded. Why do you have the number of tables which you cannot serve? And nobody wanted to solve the problem somehow. No solution or compliment was offered. Now I understand why this hotel has such a low rate
We had our wedding party at the Hideaway. Everything was perfect and to our utmost satisfaction. Many thanks to Davide Capodieci and his team for the excellent service and to the Hideaway team for all the help. If you are looking for a place for a wedding or other occasion this is the place!
I guess it is just the great location people like about that place. The personal is very unfriendly and impolite. Food was not bad but not that good. we were not able to discuss anything … any questions been declined immediately. All in all it was ok not more than 2 stars
Very disappointed ! : Most of the staff was nice and welcoming, especially at the restaurant. But some other at the reception wasn't helpful and made us feel unwelcome. We definitely felt a difference between german guests and international guests :
