Let's face it... there are plenty of pizza joints out there, and most have pretty good pizza. Lamppost is certainly one of your better options if you want quality pizza. There serve a great pizza in a family friendly environment, lots of TVs around to watch your favorite sporting event and plenty of comfortable seating. Prices are average but the quality is very good. There's also lots of parking just a few steps away.
Their food is good and they have a new good!! brewmaster. If you stayed away because of mediocre beer in the past, give them another try. Their Greek Chicken Salad is great, as is their baked penne and their pizzas. I haven't really ever wanted to try any other dishes, since these make me happy. The dough is excellent, and the overall taste of the pizza is robust and satisfying. It truly captures the essence of a perfect pizza, and I have always had a great experience with it. It has maintained the high standard that I remember from when I used to live here.
Yummy fresh pizza meats and veggies are loaded. Perfect balance of ingredients.
