We went there by recommendation from the concierge of Royal Champagne hotel. In fact the hotel made a reservation for us. Upon arrival we asked to be seated outside but because the weather wasn't favorable no service was performed there. We made a request to be seat next to the window this way at least we can enjoy the views of the beautiful grounds. The host escorted us to a round table for six, regardless of being just two of us. I asked if they have a smaller table at which point the host said that they can't accommodate us with anymore requests. My wife and I decided instead of facing the dining room to face outside. Quelle horeur! How dare we americans (I am french and was wearing my cowboy boots) be so disrespectful to eat with our backs to the rest of the guests. Well, as a paying customer it is at my discretion which way I should be facing. The rest of the service was bellow mediocre. The food was not worth the exuberant money. All in all bad experience and definitely I am taking my money else where.

The chef at this 3-star Michelin restaurant, Messiur Lallement, is totally outstanding, and the cuisine reflects his exceptional talents. However, the associated hotel is only of fair quality. Also, in going to this restaurant be sure to request to be seated in the main salon to avoid a secondary and inferior dining location. Expensive but superb dining, among the best currently available in France.

What a fabulous dining experience! The service is really over the top with 4-5 servers waiting on the table and ready provide for your every need.
