Although small and apparently staffed (the night I visited, anyway) by the owner and one chef, I was very pleased with the excellent food and drink selection in this small but busy restaurant.The owner bustled about from table to table with great speed, and I didn't feel neglected despite there only being him serving that night. He was warm and friendly and explained some of the dishes I wasn't familiar with, with clarity and patience.The atmosphere is fun and convivial - a great advertisement for visiting Brittany.
Ate there as part of a family of 14. Made a reservation easily earlier that morning; when we arrived at 7 p.m. our table was set up and ready. There was an enormous selection of dinner galettes and dessert crepes, as well as Breton ciders, aperitifs and even whiskeys! Everyone in the party loved the food; the service was fine, even though the restaurant was v. busy after 8 pm. The final bill, after an indulgent meal, was well under 20 Euros per person. Call ahead!
Excellent friendly and quick service. We were given a story book for our daughter to read while waiting.Very extensive menu with lots of crepes to choose from - both savoury and sweet. Prices from around 7 euros.We didn't reserve a table but we're lucky enough to get seated on Saturday lunchtime. We saw many other people get turned away.Clean and attractive decor throughout.
Ok, this is not the proper area to eat a crêpe, but if you decide to do so go to l'Atlandide. Crêpes are perfect from the original tradition, service is a delight and value for money is excellent. I wish a lot of success to this restaurant, that has been bold enough to create a delicious place in the heart of the city
