L'Auberge d'Auzon

Wir waren an zwei Abenden (August 2023) dort und wurden sehr gastfreundlich empfangen und bedient. Wir waren acht Personen (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Das Essen schmeckte und sogar am 2. Abend wurde für uns das Menü (der Hauptgang) etwas abgeändert, damit man Abwechslung hatte. Wir waren beeindruckt. Wir kommen gern wieder, sollten wir wieder in der Gegend sein. Koch und Kellner ist eine Person. Er spricht nur französisch, aber mit Händen und Füßen kommt man auch weiter, sollte man nicht französisch können.

Welcome more than warm by a gentleman who knows his work at the fingertips and who really loves his restaurant and especially very human, we really have a wonderful time. A little inn hidden at the end of a little alley, but it's worth it. The most sympathetic boss makes the welcome, the dishes and the service. There are only 2 menus: 1 fish and 1 meat. Both are prepared by the chef with happiness, he lives his kitchen. We have feasted and we will return with great pleasure if we return to the Cevennes. People from the north

A beautiful discovery less than 15 minutes from home, in the heart of the village. A very good quality price with homemade dishes and local wines
