Le 27 Gourmand - Tisch reservieren

We booked a table for from the site of La Fourchette. We had seen a lot of good comments and we had high expectations. We were not disappointed! The food was excellent, the service impeccable and both owners were very warm and polite. The...restaurant is run by a couple: the husband cooks and the wife takes the orders and serves. It’s a small restaurant with of the menu focusing on specialities from the Süd Ouest of France and they definitely excel on that. We ordered almost everything on the menu and we could not find one dish that we did not like! Each plate had a twist and each bite was leaving us with a small surprise as an aftertaste. To top it, the desserts were also excellent and we were surprised to see that, even there, classic french desserts had a twist in flavor and taste. The owners treated us with schnapps made of rum, vanilla cream and coconut extract which were simply delicious. Will definitely return :

My partner and I were staying at the Hotel da Berne Opera, just round the corner from Le Gourmond and the receptionist recommended a visit. The interior is cozy and modern and the prices are very reasonable for such good quality in Paris. We...both opted for their Formulae menu with a choice of starter and main, or main and dessert. I had Foie Gras, followed by black angus steak and both were superb. My partner finished off with a rum baba dessert, again excellent. To be honest we couldn't fault anything here and Valerie and Nicholas offer a personal and friendly service. We enjoyed it so much we went back nights later to the same excellent quality food and service. If you are in the area and want an excellent meal then this is the place to go.

I had the foie gras maison mi cuit and magret with chanterelles twice. The second time was better than the first! The foie gras was velvety and the magret done as I specified medium rare the first night and rare the second night. The...potatoes were creamy inside with a nice crust outside. The house Bordeaux was good too. Valerie serves the entire room but does so smoothly and with a smile. I love to eat at Robuchon but for something less structured I enjoyed it here. Many thanks to Valerie and Nicholas for two consistently good dinners. It’s wonderful food at a good price.

Very nice bistrot and very polite waiter!! We chose this restaurant because close to our hotel and the rain. I suggest to try hamburger or entrecote and the desserts of course! Panna cotta is wonderful!!!

Nice ambiance ! The foods and the beverages are very French, tasty and delicious. The Lady is very kind person,so nice. An online reservation would be helpful. The duck is my favorite!
